MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - Hannah Plaza, a popular shopping center located right across from Michigan State University's campus on Hagadorn Rd., is facing foreclosure due to its owners owing more than $15 million in back mortgage payments.

If Hannah Plaza's owners, R & D Hannah Plaza LLC, want to avoid foreclosure, they'll need to pay the $15 million in addition to roughly $3,600 per day in interest.

At this time, it is unclear whether current tenants, such as Pizza House, will need to relocate as a result of the pending foreclosure.
