MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - HOMTV has a surplus of equipment and is hoping to donate it to another facility.

The equipment ranges from camera's, tape decks, various equipment for routing and switching, cables, adapters and more.

All of this equipment is in standard quality and HOMTV has had no need for the equipment ever since switching to HD in 2012.

"The goal is for other facilities to be able to use this equipment and maybe upgrade some of their old stuff by using some of the equipment we no longer use and all the things we discarding are actually pretty nice," said Rob Gingerich-Jones, HOMTV's Senior Production Manager

The Township Board approved the Consent Agenda at their July 1 meeting, meaning HOMTV is now able to donate or sell to anyone interested in the equipment and if no one shows interest, it will be recycled.
