MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - Under normal conditions, the Meridian Township Farmer's Market is held Wednesdays and Saturdays at the specially constructed Farmer's Market Pavilion located on the same property as the Meridian Township Municipal Buildings. However, winter in Meridian Township tends to be harsh and cold with piercing winds, rendering the open pavilion unsuitable for use in the late and early months of the year.

As such, the Farmers' Market will be relocating to the JC Penney wing of the Meridian Mall starting December. Tables will be set up down the length of the mall wing where vendors will be able to vend their various wares, similar to other small vendors throughout the year.

The market will return to the pavilion in April.
