Amari Nichols was born and raised on the westside of Detroit, MI. She was active during her time at Renaissance High School by participating on the school's cheer team and newspaper. She has graduated in 2018 from Michigan State University earning her degree in Broadcast Journalism. She made the decision to study journalism when she took her first journalism class in high school. From there, her passion for this field has grown. Her dream job is to host and report for the entertainment industry. She is outgoing, dedicated, and enjoys dancing.
