Haslett Hounds Holt, 13-7, Keeps Rolling

HASLETT - After a slow start against tough competition, Haslett lacrosse is breezing its way through the CAAC as of late. Holt came to town on Tuesday night, but the Vikings drove them right back out in a snippy, physical, 13-7, slug-fest victory.

Haslett took an early, 7-2, lead, and from there, this one went back-and-forth. The Vikings sealed the win with fourth quarter goals from Logan Fenech and Tucker Virkus.

"You know we lost two early games, one right before Spring Break and one right after, against two really good programs, top ten teams in the state," Haslett head coach Jake Murphy said after the game. "Since then, we really are rattling off some wins and trying to establish ourselves for a good seed in the CAAC tournament."

This win marked Haslett's fourth straight.
