EAST LANSING - The Haslett Vikings have faced tough competition early and throughout this lacrosse season, resulting in plenty of nail-biting finishes. Their match-up at East Lansing was anything but a thriller, as the boys in blue took home a, 16-2, victory.

"It feels good to finally get a big win and finally put some of our guys that have not gotten a ton of playing time on the field, that come to practice and bring it every day," Haslett head coach Jake Murphy said after the whooping.

"A lot of times I feel like we play down to our competition or try to match our competition, and today I thought that we really brought it from start to finish, which was really good."
