MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The Meridian Township Redi-Ride Review Committee and residents gathered at the Central Fire Station for a meeting concerning the Redi-Ride system.

This was the first review of the Redi-Ride system in 16 years.

Those who attended the meeting gathered information and history about Redi-Ride after dissecting documents that established the service.

Township Board Trustee Milton L. Scales said the purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the Redi-Ride service and figure out what improvements can be made to satisfy the residents of Meridian Township.

Scales is happy to live in a Township that provides what he believes is a great service to the residents.

The next Redi-Ride Review Committee meeting will take place on March 24th from 3 pm to 5 pm.
