LANSING - The Greater Lansing Food Bank teamed up with local community gardens to help those that are hungry.

Residents were invited to come out and enjoy the community gardens for a small donation to the Greater Lansing Food Bank. The tour consisted of 10 local gardens in the area.

Julie Lehman, the Garden Program Coordinator at the Greater Lansing Food Bank, was proud of what the community had done with the gardens.

"Lansing has some very stellar community gardens," said Lehman. "So it was really a no brainer to showcase them to the community."
