EAST LANSING - Finding time in a hectic schedule for lunch can be a challenge for some.

That is why the Eat at State ON THE GO Food Truck pulls up, parks and cooks meals to order in a matter of minutes.

Students, Faculty and people in the community are able to walk up to the truck, choose what they want cooked to order and then walk away in a matter of minutes.

The food truck began back in 2012.
