LANSING - The Michigan State Police is investigating a car crash that took the life of Ingham County Deputy Grant Whitaker in the early hours of December 7th.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those involved.

The public can call or text the tip line at 517-853-5634 with any information about the incident.

The crash happened outside the village of Stockbridge near M-52 and Dexter Trail. The suspect vehicle is described as a light-colored SUV.
