OKEMOS - The Okemos Chiefs jumped out to a double digit lead early in the first half of the game, but like many times past, Matt Essell's team chipped away until the lead was down to one at halftime.

Don'Quall Jackson led the Rams with 23 points, while Peter Nichols, in his first game back since suffering that terrible facial injury against Lansing Everett a couple weeks back, led the Chiefs with 16 points.

The Rams win it 55 to 50, and combined with losses by Lansing Eastern and Lansing Sexton, Holt takes a one game lead over Eastern in the CAAC Blue League race.
