Okemos' Haley Crites sealed the deal with the final goal of the game from around 12 yards out to give the Chiefs the 3-1 victory over the Panthers.

"I'm just really proud of my girls, you know today was their last day for seniors and that's a hard day for them," said Brian Guggemos, Okemos girls soccer coach. "I've got six of them who have won a lot of games, and you never really know where they're going to go with it, and they played hard, they played focused, and obviously you want to win."

Coach Guggemos said he was pleased they were able to play a good team like Dewitt.
