UPDATE: EAST LANSING - The Haven House in East Lansing is making a huge impact on the lives of homeless families across Mid-Michigan.

In February, they sold paper hearts for one dollar and called the fundraiser "Have a Heart." The annual fundraiser brings in about $15,000 and helps fund the Haven House's operation.

Although the fundraiser has ended, the Have House is always looking for donations and volunteers. Donations are tax-deductible, but more importantly can change someone's life for the better.
