MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - Saturday, November 27th is Small Business Saturday. Back in 2010, American Express created Small Business Saturday on the Saturday after Thanksgiving to encourage people to shop small and bring more business to their local stores.

Approximately 48% of the dollars spent in Meridian, stays here locally. In order to help small business owners in the Township, the Meridian Economic Development Corporation has made it their mission to attract, support, and expand the small business community in Meridian.
