At June 5, 2019's Environmental Meeting, the Meridian Township Board discussed the green infrastructure and how it will affects the Meridian Township.

During the meeting, the president of Middle Grand River Organization of Watersheds----Fred. E. Cowles pointed out that MGROW makes a huge role in the community: To protect and preserve the history and the natural resources of the Middle Grand River watershed by promoting education, conservation, restoration, and wise use of watershed resources.
