Haslett Beautification Association (HBA) will celebrate the completion of a 3 year project June 29th with the formal dedication of the Donald Lillrose Memorial Garden. Donald was a long-time Haslett resident and HBA supporter. A vacant piece of land at the northern border of Meridian Township is now a perennial garden designed by local landscaper Brad Meehle. The original metal sculpture of 3 sailboats was created by Michael Magnotta. The sculpture was supported in part by a grant from the Arts Council of Greater Lansing.
