The Friends of the Okemos Library annual Strawberry Breakfast on Thursday, May 17 at 10:30 a.m. at the Okemos Library. Heidi Butler, Local History Librarian at Capital Area District Libraries will share facts about the historical Greater Lansing area and the many library resources available for our own historical research. Attendees will learn how to use the Parke Collection to discover information about our region, the city, or even a parcel of land and preservation of family audio/video documents.
