Community Connection: Art Cameron

HASLETT - Art Cameron is a Haslett local and the former director of the Michigan State University Botanical Gardens after his retirement in August of 2018. He's found a passion in writing and playing music at local farmers' markets.

His music has a flair of comedy and botany mixed in, with songs like, "Sometimes I'm a Vegetarian", "Horseradish", and "It's All About Me", among others.

Although Art Cameron has retired from teaching and directing the Botanicals, he hopes to continue making people of all ages smile at his music at local farmers' markets and shops.
