MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - From Scratch food truck focuses on serving fresh and healthy Mediterranean food. Everything from Shawarma to Falafels are created from scratch. The truck is family run and serves vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free items.

From Scratch will be a participant in the 2018 Celebrate Meridian Festival and Food Truck Rally on June 30th.
