MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP - The Culver's of Okemos hosted a fundraiser on June 22 to support the Meridian Township Fireworks event.

Tables were filled with hungry and happy Meridian residents as they treated themselves, while also supporting a popular Township event.

Ten percent of all sales went towards this community event. There will also be another fundraising event for this on June 29.

The Township looks to raise around $20,000 for this event. Culver's has been a sponsor for years and continues to support the community.

The Fireworks event always attracts a large amount of Meridian residents and the township is very grateful to all its sponsors and supporters.
