Haslett Beautification Association (the volunteer organization that plants and maintains the flower beds at business intersections in Haslett) is raising money for its next project, the Don Lillrose Memorial Garden that will be located at the northern entrance to Meridian Township. The Memorial Garden will honor Don Lillrose, a life-long resident of Haslett and supporter of HBA, the garden will contain a sculpture by local artist Mike Magnotta and designed by landscape architect Bradford Meehle.
